Services · Tissue Collection
Tissue collection.
How tissue is collected, transported, and held before processing has measurable downstream effects on viability, mitochondrial state, and cell yield. Collection-side controls are part of why our lot characterization holds across batches.
Collection-site qualification
- Collection site authorized under documented institutional partnership
- Trained collection personnel
- Standard operating procedures for each tissue type
- Cold-chain logistics from collection site to processing facility
Time-from-delivery-to-processing
The window between tissue collection and processing affects mitochondrial state and viability. Our standard operating procedure targets a defined maximum window per tissue type, with collection-to-processing time recorded on the lot record.
Chain of custody
Every collected unit is logged at the collection site, in transit, and at processing arrival. Donor identifier links the collection record to the eligibility documentation and to the resulting lot.
