Code of ethics.

ExoBioCorp operates in a sensitive product category. The principles below govern how we source, who we sell to, and what we will not do. They apply to the founders, the management team, every employee, every contractor, and every supplier in our chain.

How we source

We source from manufacturing partners that meet our quality and ethics bar. Donor source material is recruited under documented informed consent. Donor source documentation is held consistent with 21 CFR Part 1271 Subpart C requirements. Donor compensation and tissue-collection protocols comply with applicable law and accepted ethical standards.

Who we sell to

We sell to verified B2B research-supply customers — academic and biotech research laboratories, contract research organizations, hospital and physician-led research programs, and clinical research sites with IRB-approved protocols. We do not sell to consumers. We do not sell to direct-to-consumer wellness clinics for clinical administration of unapproved cell or vesicle products.

What we will not sell

  • Embryonic stem cell lines
  • Fetal-tissue derived material outside of IRB-approved research protocols
  • Material from donors whose consent documentation is incomplete
  • Material that has not passed our per-lot quality release
  • Material to customers who have not completed B2B verification and the per-order RUO acknowledgment
  • Material to customers in embargoed jurisdictions

How we represent our products

We do not make therapeutic claims. We do not make clinical efficacy claims. We do not use patient testimonials. We do not host disease pages. We do not represent any ExoBioCorp product as FDA-approved or FDA-cleared for clinical use. Our marketing and promotional materials describe what the product is, what its characterization is, and what research applications it has been studied in — and stop there.

How we represent our certifications

Certifications and accreditations referenced on the ExoBioCorp site (GLP, ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 17025:2017, ANAB, ISO 20387 BIOBANKING) describe our manufacturing partners' quality posture. We do not represent these certifications as ExoBioCorp's own where they are not. Where ExoBioCorp itself holds a relevant certification, that distinction is made explicit on the page.

Customer privacy

Customer account information, ordering history, and research-program details are held confidentially and used solely for fulfilling orders, providing customer support, and complying with applicable law. We do not sell customer lists.

Reporting concerns

Anyone with a concern about ExoBioCorp's ethics, sourcing practices, or compliance posture may report it to the leadership team confidentially through contact. Reports are reviewed and investigated. Retaliation against reporters is prohibited.
